Previously on Survivor MA. After MABA’s blind side, Mike realized that he was on the outs. This is just a sign to me that I’m certainly on the outs of something very strong. Rob claimed that he and Stephie had orchestrated the blind side. We realized that we’re a bit worried about Nova.
She has an advantage from the Island of Secrets. At the reward challenge, Stephie made sure the jock did not get an advantage. Grab your bag and head on out to the island of Secrets. At the island of secrets, Stephy’s best friend surprised her and convinced Stephie to start playing the game. Gina has made me realize that going up against Rob might not be the best decision.
Mike won individual immunity. Mike, he does. Mike wants immunity. Back at camp, Laticia, Stephie, and Nicole grew closer. I just want the two of you to know that I’ve got your back. Both of you. My long-term objective is for the final three with Nicole, Leticia, and myself. Rob convinced Dau and Mike to put votes on Stephie instead of Leticia.
I’m also showing that I’ll be vulnerable at the next tribal council because I’ll be voting with him. So, if there’s a time that he wants to take me out, it’s best to delayed for the next tribal council. Jacques was desperately looking for another hidden immunity idol. This place is massive and finding one without a clue.
It is extremely difficult, but Leticia found the idol. Getting numb about this cuz if I shoot, they’re going to try me to flush it out. But I’ve got this now and that’s my safe off at tribal council. 10 through here right now. So we need to try and finish what we started tonight. Three votes Stephy, three vote Jacques.
One vote left. 15th person voted out of Survivor Aaya. Island of Secrets. Jacques. Jacques’s torch was finally snuffed. Kill my jeans. Jacques, tribe has spoken. Six are left. I’m not dumb. People may think that I have got no clue. Rob has been stringing everyone along because everyone just falls at his feet. Congratulations. Final six. Idol. How do you make someone whose name’s been mentioned three times at tribal council feel safe? So for me in this tribal council, there’s no plan B. Shark was going one way or another. Just trusting me. going to see our family. We’re in the final six and there’s a possibility now of seeing family. I don’t care what it costs me. For today’s challenge, even though it’s still an individual game, you’re going to compete together in pairs. You need to work with someone that you can trust implicitly. So, I hate to break up a good reunion, but we do have a challenge to get to. Here’s what we’re going to do. Castaways, for this challenge, you are going to start padlocked to a stake.
Loved ones on my go. You will need to untie a series of knots to open a big box. Inside that box, a small crate and lots of sandbags as well as a key. Once you’ve filled the crate with sandbags, you take the key, unlock the castaway, and then the pair of you make your way with the sandbags to the final stage of this game where you need to attempt to knock five targets off their perch.
First pair to do that successfully wins this challenge and individual immunity for the castaway. In addition, you’re also playing for reward. Guys, want to know what you’re playing for? Yes, the winning castaway will return to camp with their loved ones to enjoy an authentic South African bri. The real deal.
We’re talking chops, potato salad, and of course, what’s a bri without briis, right? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. On top of that winning castaway will also get to send someone to the island of secrets. Right. Mhm. When I went to the island of secrets, I got a clue that today was going to be family day. And I did not want to spoil it. A um for all of you because surprise. I wanted to keep it leave it as a surprise. I had to do it to cover my tracks just in case one of their loved ones spilled the beans that I had an extra visitor on the island of secrets.
And then our guests can sit and listen to us. No, no, no, guys. Please. We don’t get much guests around here. Trust me. So, it’s nice to entertain people. We’re supposed to entertain you. Sending Nicole, Mike, and Dell to the Island of Secrets was definitely a strategic move. There we go. Our only worry is Nicole.
Nicole was visibly distraught today. She wanted to be with her boyfriend and I took that away from her. I feel she’s strong enough and she’s emotionally stable enough to understand that it was a very strategic move. She’s the person I can trust in this game above everyone else. and I need her to make sure she keeps an eye on those two guys.
Currently, they are only threat left in this game. If she had won, I would have wanted her to take the Tish and Stephie as well, so that I can keep an eye on the guys. Um, and I trust she knows that. I don’t hide that. Okay. Can I tell you two something? Stephanie, now here opening our hearts. So, I went to the water well and I poured water in and I saw a very fresh leaf and I picked it up and I’ve got an idol.
Wow. Wow. So, keep that in mind when we do the Wow. Unbelievable. And that stays between the three of us. You tell anybody you are so dead. You are so dead. Don’t take her on that. Okay. I know. I know not to. Leticia just outs that she’s found an immunity idol. And I’m like, Brew, why didn’t you just wait? It would have been great for her to keep it on the down low because now if we plan to blindside Rob and he finds out, anyone can be on the chopping block without us knowing.
Oh, cookie. We’ll eat it. We’ll use the knife. We’ll clean it up. We’ll make some better bridges for the guests. Okay. Welcome to the island of secrets. Today, the island has nothing to offer you. You will spend the day here and when you leave you will go straight to tribal council. Wow.
Really? Is that it? I was expecting a feast. At least something to fill my tummy. Getting here to the island of secrets and not seeing anything kind of makes one feel a bit stressed out and a bitter that you aren’t enjoying a brow right now. I am one of two moms on our island and I don’t know how my babies are. Yeah. And that was hard. Yeah.
Because unless you’re a mom, you don’t really fully get that pain of being separated from your babies for so long. And I’ve kept that door shut. I’ve kept it locked down. So that just my motivation, not my distraction. And today the doors opened and I’ve got to close it again. Yeah, it’s tough. Yeah. If I’m really honest, I knew this morning when we left camp that if Rob won, he wouldn’t send me.
So the moment Rob won, I began weeping because I knew I had to say goodbye. Now bear in mind, we’ve all laid our lives on the line for Rob in this game. You would you would agree. We all have. Check this out. First concern, he lied about his advantage. It was a game-changing decision. Matt, that changed the course of the game.
The fact that he lied to us. Second concern, choosing Stephie when her husband wasn’t here, who she was looking forward to. She ate 2 days ago and he wants her from the game at the next vote. There is obviously something going on. But look, this is what’s going to happen to tribal council tonight.
Yesterday we all agreed that Stephy’s name’s been mentioned and but no, she’s gone. She’s she’s gone for sure. Yeah. And then Rob only has a t-shirt and then there’s three of us. Yes. He trusts all three of us. Well, that’s the thing that he could be putting on. You think so? I mean, the MABA votes.
I understand the logic of it, but he couldn’t even trust us enough to tell us about the votes. Okay, first thing, we forgive him. He lies to us about the advantage that he has. What does that tell you? The man is willing to lie to us. All I’m saying is we must be aware of things. I’m not saying we must go against Rob.
All I’m saying is we must be aware of things. I’ve got a feeling that I think Mike’s head’s on the block tonight. We cannot waver from voting for Stephie tonight. There is only person. But now what is the plan going to be tonight? We only vote for Stephanie. And who are they voting for? I’m sure that they’ll be voting for He’s going to tell her to vote for one of us.
If Rob decides to save Stephie tonight, then one of us goes home and the rest of us follow like pigs. We can’t do nothing right now. Rob has the only thing we could do is load boats on Leticia, right? Mike, you’re thinking ahead. Stephie is going home tonight. That’s for sure. Guaranteed. So, you don’t think he plays his idol for her? He’s not going to play the idol for her.
Is it rude to me not eating? You’re not hungry. You’re not hungry. I think Lou would actually love to have this as well. So, that’s the idol. Wow. The last time you can use this hidden immunity idle is when there are five survivors remaining in the tonight six and the next. So there two more chances.
You just have to keep your head up. See I’m here now to fight till then. and not so I know Nico said I’ll see you at tribal council tonight and not until we know who’s at tribal council. We don’t know if all six of us going to be there. It’s going to be Mike. Stephanie can win immunity tomorrow or the day after tomorrow we can vote Rob out after Mike.
Then after that it will be Dal cuz he’ll be easy to vote out. I love your mother like my own. Do you know that? He’s been my fellow of strength. And um I think you were too emotional when you shared your idol thing, but I had to. You did not have to do it now. We want the final three. Beauty and Omar. Yeah. So going home is not going to actually help cuz not a beauty queen.
But that will have to be a blind side. It has to be a blind side. We have to then go align ourselves with the enemies. No. Or I don’t know my idol and you tell everybody to vote for me and I vote for use my know. We already know that Mikey has to go because Mikey’s unstable. He’s been making alliances with every single one within the tribe.
And also because Rob won tribal immunity, there’s no way that we can pull anything tonight. But there’s two things you can rely on. You can rely on um doing well at the challenges like winning what I did today. Mhm. Or you can rely on good friendships, good relationships, which is what I’ve got as well. So even when I don’t have that nexus around me, I I go to tribal council and not stressed because I know that the people won’t vote for me.
They won’t take me because I’ve got enough friends to protect me. And that’s how we play the game. It’s amazing. You showed all of us in the family that you the strongest one. I always thought it was me running a home, but now I realize, no, you untouchable. Can we please get a a family bonding session here? I do not believe that Rob has got any clue of what is coming.
He’s definitely not sensing anything because we tight. The lines are tight. I mean, why would he have to second guess anything? Robbie, we made it. We made it. But we were all waiting for this day, huh? Cheers. I’m sure Rob’s decision was calculated, but having us through here meant that there was an infiltration by Stephy.
Um, and so we could agree on a vote tonight. Maybe he’s just planning to blind up one of us. Maybe he’s saying to them right now, load your vote on somebody and I’ll play my idol for Stephie and then one of us goes home. Which to me, I wouldn’t put a pass Rob to be honest. But let me tell you something, right? Yeah.
Rob wants us to in the final. Me you. Yeah. We can stick with that. Yeah. You can trust the guy. Yeah. At advantage, I need to find out what happened, why I never played, and I’ll let you know. But it’s fine. I just want to make sure we’re thinking about. Yeah. Yeah. And also just doubting uh rubber bits, which is okay.
Everyone has reason to doubt in this game. We’re good. Are you good? I’m good. As long as Don’t just don’t try to pull moves or trying to vote me or or Rob off now. E when I’m just saying don’t try to do that. You’re really good at this, bro. You’re scaring me. Why? It’s not going to vote me out.
Why would I do that? Dra believes in Rob more than he believes in anything else in the world. Like he adors Rob. He thinks Rob would never do anything malicious. But everything to me about Rob’s behavior in recent times suggests that he’s not completely trustworthy. You’re going to make it to final.
Don’t stress, bro. Okay. So, basically, it’s Nicole and I who are conscious of Rob being a danger in this game. And with two, it’s very hard to try and make a move. Mikey doesn’t trust Rob like we do. He doesn’t trust me at all. So, we just got to be wary of that to the point that perhaps Rob might even signal for us to to just a warning.
Let’s just keep eyes on Rob tonight and see what the plan is. But for now, it’s just as vocally Stephie, right? Yeah. Listen, when Rob chose Stephie, I wanted to punch him in the face. Jeez. But yeah, he made the right decision by far. And he knows what he’s doing and he has the whole game and he’s had my back since day one, brother.
I’ll vote for whoever Rob tells me to vote for tonight. Even if that’s Stephie. I trust Rob that much. I’m going to look at you guys and you can look at me in the eyes and then you can look at whoever we’re voting for and I’ll follow your lead. Okay? I trust you guys implicitly. If I need to trust, I trust you.
Thanks. Okay. If we need to do the Stephie blind side again tonight and he wants to use his idol for her tonight, go right ahead. I’ll fall in line. Because falling in line is actually sticking up for my own game plan. I’m not a puppet. I am a collaborator. feel we don’t have time to to to discuss and we have to do everything at tribal that would be nice one I think I think we meeting the others at tribal so there’s no pre-talk everything happens in tribal you know one of us remember that
it was nice to have an off day just for a moment just to let the guard down let the mind go back to where it loves being and the game is beautiful But it is mentally taxing. Goodbye. Bye. And I’ve gotten the biggest break I could have asked for in this game. And I think it’s given me everything I need to push to the end.
That was amazing. I have always pondered on trust and loyalty and the definition of that has changed for me in this game and it’s all about timing and patience tonight. My vote is going towards Stephie because I feel like she’s a massive threat in this game. And without even really making any moves, my whispers in Rob’s ear about her being a danger have borne fruit and he wants her gone as well.
And if Rob wants her gone, his dear love Dra wants her gone as well. So, it seems like a win-win to me. As long as my two allies on this beach right now are locked and loaded with Stephie, that’s the best case scenario I can imagine. We’ll now bring in Nicole Dra and Mike returning from the island of secrets. We’ll now bring in the members of the jury.
Merrill, Jeffrey, Cipe, Dante, Qubus, MBA, and Jacques voted out at the last tribal council. Rob, huge win for you today. Not only the coveted necklace around your neck, but also an amazing reward. Um, to date, it must have been the most um, beautiful reward yet. But in the same time, winning it is tough because it puts you in a heck predicament.
Um, the hard part is to choose who to go with and you know that no matter what you choose, you will hurt three people in the process. What went through your mind when you had to make the choice? The first thing that I had to obviously think about is a promise that I made to Leticia. She has far less time than we do.
The rest of us are young, so who knows how many chances she’ll get to be with her loved one in a beautiful island of this nature. And then the second choice was um nourishment for Stephie who said this morning she can’t think properly cuz she’s so hungry. And we all been through that where we so hungry our minds no longer work properly.
So I had to think going forward she needs her strength and that is why I had to choose nourishment to keep her strong. It was a painful decision but I think someone understands why I did it. Someone Yeah. Okay. Leticia did you enjoy spending the time with your daughter? It was magical. The way she spoke to me and how proud everybody is and the messages that came um makes you strong but also rocks you emotionally and you need to get your mind around that for the next challenge.
Stephie, what about you? How did you experience it all? It was amazing to see Gina. Um, it was magical to meet Josie. Um, and all of the other family members. Nicole, it was possibly the best and worst day of my life today because this is something that you only dream of for your loved one to come to Survivor and to literally leap into the love of my life’s arms.
was priceless and a gift no one can take away. But in the same breath, I’m also a mother and I know that there’s another mother in this tribe that understands and I haven’t received letters from home. So to go 35 days without knowing how your children are or having news about them is so tough. But I did not come here for letters from home.
I did not come here for food or family visits. I came here to be brave. And so the right decision was made because it makes me tougher. It makes me stronger and it really refineses your decisions in this game. What do you think of the fact that Rob took Stephie based on the fact that she needs to eat? I must be honest, it was incredibly tough to see her chosen over me.
Really tough when you know the sacrifices that you’ve made for your tribe, for your alliance. Dur, do you read anything into the decisions that Rob made? At one point where Rob was speaking about the hungriest person, I thought it was me. My eyes lit up and then all of a sudden it was Stephie.
It’s not Stephie that’s the only one that’s hungry. I’m the hungriest person all the time and this would have been perfect for me. I mean we get from having I mean today’s been a big emotional roller coaster for me from having my mother partake in a challenge with me and just have her snatched away from me being sent to the island of secrets and to be told that there’s nothing here for you but tribal council tonight.
So, I’m very grumpy and I’m just going to apologize for in advance if uh say something out of turn or if I don’t um explain myself thoroughly. All right, big question. Who feels like plan A tonight? Who feels like they are plan A tonight? Nicole, I don’t even know what to say. I’m so angry. Yeah, it’s I can’t even think straight.
Are you feeling a little bit less in control tonight than Oh, completely. Completely. It’s important to know your personal game plan and not to be controlled by a group of people or somebody else’s decision. And although I’ve been part of a lot of tough decisions, I think that I’ve made them all for myself at the same time, not just being told who to vote for.
